How it works

From scattered information to one organized record.

Document incidents and school inaction, organize the record, and choose whether to seek attorney review of possible legal action.

01

Document what happened

Record incidents with dates, locations, witnesses and details about what happened. Each entry becomes part of a single, chronological record.

02

Add your evidence

Upload relevant emails, screenshots, reports, photos, video and other supporting information. Files are organized alongside the incidents they document.

03

Document every report to the school

Each time you report the bullying, log it: the date, who you told, how you told them, and what the school did in response. If the bullying continues after the school was notified, that continuation is documented too — building a clear record of notice and inaction.

04

BullyAI organizes and reviews the record

BullyAI is designed to organize and review incidents, reports, communications and supporting evidence in one timeline. The record connects when the school was notified, its response or lack of action, and any continued bullying, while identifying missing information for attorney review. This is not a determination of legal liability.

05

Attorneys assess possible litigation

With your permission, BullyAI aims to connect you with participating independent attorneys who handle bullying and school-inaction matters. They assess whether a lawsuit against the school, the person responsible for bullying or other legally responsible parties may be viable. An interested attorney decides whether to discuss taking your case; review and representation are not guaranteed.
